On Monday, December 4, 2006, Kay James spoke at The Lincoln Institute Breakfast Forum at the University Club in Washington, D.C.  Kay James founded the Gloucester Institute, which continues the work and memory of Robert Russa Moton (former Tuskegee Institute President).
